By accessing and using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are under 18. If you are booking an appointment on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to do so. 2. Services

We provide hairstyling services including but not limited to haircuts, colour treatments, extensions, and other related services ("Services"). All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any of the Services offered on the Site.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Online Booking: You may book an appointment for Services through the Site. When booking an appointment, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and preferred appointment time.

• Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is successful.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% or a penalty charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service Fees: All prices for Services are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed during your appointment.

• Payment Methods: Payment for Services can be made via credit cards, debit cards, or in-person payments.

• Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the Service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking your appointment. This includes informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the Services you receive.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shorter service or the need to reschedule, especially if it impacts the schedule of subsequent clients, which may result in the cancellation/no show fee being applied.

• Health and Safety: You must follow all health and safety protocols required by the salon, which may include wearing masks, following social distancing guidelines, or other regulations as set out by health authorities.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Site and the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By booking a service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
